Hoodies: heavyweight Gildan Heavy Blend™, 8 oz cotton/poly fleece — thick, warm, holds its shape through long sessions. Tees: premium ringspun cotton that survives the wash pile.

DTG (direct-to-garment) with water-based inks — the design soaks into the fabric instead of sitting on top like a sticker. Soft hand-feel, no heavy plastic patch.

Not if you wash it right. DTG bonds into the cotton, so the print ages with the garment instead of flaking off it.

Turn it inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang it. Don't iron directly on the print. That's the whole ritual.
