Do you also ship overseas?

Yes. We're based in the US and ship to 54 countries. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum, to the 38 countries listed below; everywhere else it is charged at the carrier's rate, shown at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

We're doing everything we can to prepare and ship your order ASAP.

When to expect your order:

Most orders arrive in 4 to 14 days, depending on your location.

During busy periods, please allow a couple of extra days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Are your hoodies true to size, or should I size up/down?

Our hoodies are true to size, so there's no need to size up or down (unless you're going for a baggy late-'90s style). The exceptions are the FL Gang and Firemaker hoodies, which run small: order one size up.

Are your tees true to size?

Yes, our t-shirts run true to size, except the Off The Grid tee, which runs small: order one size up. Any items designed with a looser fit will be clearly labeled as 'Oversized'.

Will the fit change after the first wash?

Barely, if at all. We only use fabrics we wear ourselves, and we don't want gear that shrinks or warps any more than you do.

Follow the care instructions on the label and the fit should stay where it started. Wash cold, dry low.

What if it doesn't fit me perfectly?

No stress. You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an item in as-new condition. Start from our contact page and we'll refund your original payment method or send the exchange. Return shipping is on us.

Are all your designs unique?

Yes, they are! All of our designs are original creations. They are the exclusive property of Ghostnote and cannot be used commercially without our explicit consent.
