1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship worldwide from North America.
Here are our standard delivery estimates:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen weather events.
3. International Shipping Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ghostnote Supply is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe mentioned above, please contact us at support@ghostnotesupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Ghostnote Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.1
If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please2 check with neighbors or your local post office. Ghostnote Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@ghostnotesupply.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
