Free shipping, everywhere we ship

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. No minimum, no code, no shipping charge added at checkout. Some U.S. orders also show an optional paid express method at checkout: it is never selected for you.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to 38 countries:

• North America: United States, Canada
• United Kingdom
• European Union: all 27 member countries
• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
• Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

If your country appears in the selector at checkout, we ship there. If it does not appear, we cannot deliver to it yet.

How long it takes

Every piece is printed to order, so the timeline has two parts: production, then transit.

• Most orders arrive in 4 to 14 days, depending on your location.
• Some international orders can take up to 30 days, depending on the item and destination.

During busy periods production can run longer, and customs can hold an international parcel: neither is inside our control.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery. Those are set by your own country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order tracking

Every order is tracked. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships.
