Frequently Asked Questions
Four, and that is the full set: Spin That, On The Decks, Cut & Scratch and Turntablist. Each one is $34.99 in sizes S to 2XL. We would rather run a short line drawn around one subject than pad it out with variations of the same record graphic.
A DJ shirt usually references the job of playing records to a room. A turntablist shirt references the turntable used as an instrument: scratching, cutting between two decks, beat juggling and battle routines. In this collection, Spin That and On The Decks sit on the DJ side, while Cut & Scratch and Turntablist show the hands mid-technique.
Black is the booth default for practical reasons. It hides sweat and spills across a long set, it holds its shape under coloured stage lighting instead of blowing out on camera, and it lets the print carry the whole graphic. All four tees in this collection are black only.
Sizes S to 2XL. Each tee is printed on a mid-weight 180gsm combed ringspun cotton blank with a structured unisex fit, so it is cut straight rather than tapered. Choose your size on the product page.
High on the chest, kept deliberately small. The artwork is a white and yellow line drawing of turntables or a DJ at the decks, printed direct-to-garment so the ink sits in the cotton rather than as a thick layer on top of it.
Shipping is free on every order, to the 38 countries we ship to. Most orders arrive in 4 to 14 days depending on your location, and you receive tracking by email as soon as yours ships. If it is not right you have 14 days to return or exchange it, in as-new condition, with free return shipping.
Four designs, all t-shirts, all black. That is the entire range, and its size is the point: this is a set drawn around one subject rather than a catalogue of everything that could carry a vinyl graphic.
WHAT THE FOUR DESIGNS SHOW
Spin That is a single direct-drive turntable seen from above. Platter, tonearm, a yellow label mid-rotation, no hands and no figure. On The Decks puts a DJ in headphones over a two-channel setup, head down, working the mixer between the jog wheels. Cut & Scratch catches the same posture with a hand on each platter, which is the physical shape of cutting between two records. Turntablist goes furthest into the craft: elbows out, both hands on the wax, the stance you recognise instantly if you have stood in it.
SELECTING AND TURNTABLISM ARE DIFFERENT JOBS
The line these designs draw is between playing records to a room and playing the turntable as an instrument. Turntablism grew out of block-party sound systems into scratching, cutting and beat juggling, techniques judged as performances in their own right. A shirt that shows the hands rather than a logo says which side of that line you stand on, and still reads as a clean graphic to everyone else in the room.
THE PRACTICAL PART
Every tee here is $34.99 in sizes S to 2XL, printed on a mid-weight 180gsm combed ringspun cotton blank with a structured unisex fit. The artwork is a white and yellow line drawing sitting high on the chest, kept small on purpose. Black is the only colourway, which is the one that hides a long night in a warm booth. Shipping is free to every country we ship to, with no minimum, and orders arrive in 4 to 14 days depending on where you are. Returns and exchanges run 14 days, items in as-new condition, with free return shipping.
