Refund policy

14-Day Returns

We want you to love your Ghostnote gear. If something isn’t right, you can return any apparel item within 14 days of delivery.

How it works

1. Reach out through our contact page with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
2. We’ll confirm the return and send you the return address. For U.S. orders we include a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
3. Send the item back in its original, unworn and unwashed condition.
4. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

International returns

The 14-day window applies to every country we ship to. Two things work differently outside the United States:

• We do not issue a prepaid return label. You post the item back to the return address we give you, and the return postage is yours.
• Your refund covers the price of the item. Any import duties or taxes your own country charged on delivery are refunded by that country’s customs authority, not by us.

Use a tracked service if you can: we can only refund an item that reaches us. Once it arrives, international refunds are processed on the same 3–5 business day timeline.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund. This applies everywhere we ship, there is nothing to send back, and it costs you nothing.

Plugins & digital products

Our plugins and other digital downloads are non-refundable. Because they’re delivered instantly as digital files, all sales are final once your download link or license is issued. If you have any trouble downloading, installing or activating a plugin, reach out and we’ll make sure you get it working.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• Returns must be started within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
