Return and Refund Policy

At Ghostnote Supply we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unworn and unused

• With tags still attached
  

• Free of any odors, stains, or pet hair

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ghostnotesupply.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.

• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
