14-Day Easy Returns

We want you to love your Ghostnote gear. If something isn’t right, you can return any apparel item within 14 days of delivery, and U.S. return shipping is on us.

How it works

1. Reach out through our contact page with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (free for U.S. orders).
3. Send the item back in its original, unworn and unwashed condition.
4. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Plugins & digital products

Our plugins and other digital downloads are non-refundable. Because they’re delivered instantly as digital files, all sales are final once your download link or license is issued. If you have any trouble downloading, installing or activating a plugin, reach out and we’ll make sure you get it working.
